Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you a written confirmation. We ask that you return this confirmation to us stamped and signed. Once your car is ready for acquisition, either by delivery or pick up, your salesperson will contact you. After you have received and assessed the vehicle (or vehicles), the billing amount will be due in full. Once payment has been received, we will provide to you the registration certificate, as well as a spare key and the service documents.Remember, the vehicle remains property of ABM until the full payment has been received.

Delivery Information for third parties
The delivery of vehicles outside of our normal business hours is possible but only in exceptional cases and must be arranged in advance.Our premises are fenced and not freely accessible and, due to lack of parking spaces and previous consultations with the neighbourhood, it is not possible to park or unload the vehicles at night. Please excuse the inconvenience and we ask for your understanding!
It is possible however, for trucks to manoeuvre in a turning area located near our premises. Nevertheless, any soiling or staining caused by spilled fluids (such as fuel or oil) must be removed immediately and professionally either by you or through a retained company or organization. We will be happy to assist you with contacting clean-up companies should a spill occur.
